18th Annual Meeting of China Dermatologist Association & National Congress of Cosmetic Dermatology
Intro
The Chinese Medical Association Dermatology Branch was established in November 2005. It is a nationwide, industry-specific, non-profit academic organization voluntarily formed by practicing physicians, registered and approved by the National Health Commission and the Ministry of Civil Affairs. The inaugural meeting took place on December 8, 2005, in Beijing, coinciding with the first Chinese Dermatology Physicians Annual Conference.
With the principles of "service, coordination, self-discipline, rights protection, supervision, and management," the Dermatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association aims to unite and organize dermatologists nationwide. It promotes the humanitarian professional ethics of "virtue-based, saving lives, and assisting the wounded" to serve the health of the people and contribute to the country's modernization.
As a secondary institution of the Chinese Medical Association, the Dermatology Physicians Branch is responsible for formulating scientifically sound, standardized, and operational models for dermatologist training and admission standards in China. It seeks to improve the dermatology education system, standardize the training and management of clinical physicians, enhance the overall quality and service standards of the physician workforce, and legally safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of dermatologists in their professional activities.
Conference Content
The conference has carefully curated several highlight segments:
Focusing on clinical hotspots, key issues, and challenges, the conference will feature thematic presentations by authoritative experts to create academic highpoints. Simultaneously, it will enhance discussions on the common difficulties in treating diseases in clinical settings.
The "Residency Training Classroom," highly welcomed by young physicians, will be further innovated. Expert-led discussions and explanations will focus on the most practical "three basics" content for resident doctors, enhancing their overall competence and clinical abilities.
Clinical research is a key factor in enhancing the core competitiveness of clinical physicians. The conference aims to improve the participants' ability to translate clinical diagnosis and treatment into clinical research. It will introduce a special session for "Clinical Research Achievements."
A trial reform of the "Free Submission Session" will be implemented, combining expert reviews with thematic presentations and case demonstrations to increase participation.
The conference will also address dermatology department management and construction. New content related to "Comprehensive Hospital Dermatology Ward Management," "Medical Insurance Payment DRG, CMI Index," and the "Relationship between Dermatology Quality Control Center and Discipline Development" will be introduced to improve medical quality and department management capabilities in the field of dermatology.
This year's conference will be guided by practical clinical issues and tailored to the needs of dermatologists, aiming for innovation within tradition and continuous improvement through innovative approaches.
