Introduction

The Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA), or JOA for short, was founded in 1926 and now has over 25,000 members, making it one of the largest professional orthopaedic associations in the world.

Description

The 97th JOA Annual Meeting will be held from 23 to 26 May 2024 at the Fukuoka International Convention Center and Marine Exhibition Hall. The theme of the conference is "Creating the Future of Orthopaedics: Orthopaedic Care in the Centennial Era", and the conference will present the latest advances in orthopaedic issues, trauma care, and bone, joint, and spine surgery. More than 10,000 orthopaedic professionals from around the world are expected to attend the JOA conference.
